Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on line shop and add any items that you wish to purchase to your shopping basket. When you have finished shopping, proceed to the checkout. Once you have entered your address and delivery details you can select the appropriate delivery option and proceed to the payment stage. We accept payment with most major credit and debit cards. Your payment and card details are sent via an SSL encrypted link, ensuring your privacy and security is protected to industry standards. Your card details are not stored by our website at any point in the transaction and our staff have no access to your card details.
Shipping And Handling
Online coaching is a virtual product so no physical item will be shipped out, however, you will receive an email with instructions on how to sign up and become a member. We aim to despatch all other orders, such as clothing, on the same day if we receive the order before 3.30pm, subject to availability.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days . International orders are generally received in under 5 days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 256 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. The check out pages are stored on a secure https server.
